How do I track my parcel?
Enter the ZR-CN or ZR-TZ tracking number from your label on the tracking page. You will see the current route point and completed dates.
Can several parcels share one tracking number?
Yes. Items from the same customer can be consolidated under one tracking group while retaining their individual descriptions and weights.
What happens when cargo reaches Lusaka?
The Warehouse team scans and confirms receipt. Once confirmed, the shipment becomes ready for customer collection.
How is final collection confirmed?
The Collection cashier verifies the parcel, records any final payment and issues a receipt showing the handover details.
